Adult DayAway Program
Holy Name Medical Center's DayAway program offers a variety of health-related services for the frail, elderly, physically handicapped or cognitively impaired. Our staff of health care professionals assesses and monitors clients on an ongoing basis and collaborates with our medical director to better anticipate and meet any changes in their healthcare needs. DayAway's homelike atmosphere is designed to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for our clients to help maintain their independence, encourage socialization, be mentally stimulated and remain active.

Additionally, the DayAway Program offers a monthly support group for families and/or caregivers of our clients.
Location
The DayAway Program is located directly across the street from Holy Name Medical Center at 725 Teaneck Road in Teaneck, NJ. Our building is handicapped accessible and parking is available on site.
