Meds to Beds Program
PharmaCare's "Meds to Beds" concierge service ensures that same-day surgery and other patients being discharged from Holy Name have the medications they need before leaving the medical center, eliminating the trip to a local pharmacy on the way home.
PharmaCare technicians deliver prescriptions to the patient's bedside in 30- or 90-day supplies, using mobile devices to enable payment. When it's time for refills, we can mail or deliver medications to your home or office. If you have prescriptions at other another pharmacy, we are happy to arrange for them to be transferred to Holy Name
