Mohammad F. Padela, MD, is a board-certified neurologist who has been practicing for more than 30 years. He is an American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Diplomate and is also certified in acupuncture. Dr. Padela was co-investigator on a study looking at the effects of medications in patients with epilepsy. He also serves as a remote monitoring consultant neurophysiologist and delivers the most advanced care for patients with many types of neurological conditions.
Dr. Padela earned his medical degree and then did his internship at University Hospital in Newark, NJ. He completed a number of residencies in Civil Hospital Karachi Hospital in Pakistan; Prince Charles Hospital in South Wales, United Kingdom; and the University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark, NJ. He did a Neurology Fellowship at St. Vincent's Hospital in New York City.
